Randall Earl Bagby, 37, of 113 Temple Circle died Wednesday, September 3, 1986, in Lynchburg General Hospital.  He was the husband of Paula Allen Bagby.  He was born in Lynchburg, the son of Herbert E. Bagby and Dimple Currier Bagby.  He was employed in the security division of Babcock & Wilcox Naval Nuclear Fuel Division and was a member of Fairview Christian Church.  In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Lynn Bagby, of Lynchburg.  A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Whitten Timberlake Chapel by the Revs. Claude R. MacDonald and Jack L. Brooks.  Interment will be in Fort Hill Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home and requests memorials be made to the Lynchburg Life Saving Crew.
