Terry Garland Ford, 47, died December 15, 1996, in La Costa, California.  Born August 19, 1949 in Lynchburg, he was the son of William S. and Edna Rucker Ford.  He was preceded in death by one sister, Cheryl Ford.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by one daughter, Traci Anne of California; one brother, William Graves Ford and his wife, Tressa of California; one sister, Starry F. Burns; two nephews, Eric L. Burns, Jr., and Sherman Terry Burns, both of Lynchburg.  A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, December 19 at Centenary United Methodist Church by Dr. James R.
