Donald Edgar Osborne, 47, died of cancer on December 27, 1996 in Orlando, Florida.   Born in Lynchburg, Va., he moved to Central Florida in 1965. He lived in Lynchburg with his grandparents during his high school years.  His survivors include his daughter, Day, and son, Dylan, both of Orlando; his mother, Eloise Toomath, Pasadena, Calif.; father, Jack, Palm Coast; sister, Vivian Wilkins, Los Angeles, brothers, Glen, Pasadena and Jamie, Baltimore; maternal grandmother, Hazel Denson, Orlando, amd maternal grandfather, Tom Denson, Orlando.  Dove Cremation and Funeral Chapel, Orlando, is assisting the family.
